Built from Experience
Leschuk Transport was founded after years of experiencing the challenge of getting equipment, materials etc from the customer’s side. As a Civil Superintendent, Matt spent over a decade coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and schedules. He saw firsthand how unreliable transportation could delay projects, increase costs, and create unnecessary stress.
Instead of accepting that as the norm, we saw an opportunity to build the company we wished already existed. One that values communication, follows through on its commitments, and understands that every delivery is connected to something bigger than what’s on the trailer.
Today, Leschuk Transport provides reliable hotshot, equipment hauling, and specialty transport services across British Columbia. Whether we’re moving equipment, materials, machinery, boats, or specialty freight, our goal is simple..

Leschuk Transport is proudly family owned and operated by Elsa and Matt Leschuk. We’re building a transportation company that’s focused on doing things the right way, with clear communication, dependable service, and genuine care for every customer we work with.
And of course, no introduction would be complete without Bowen. You’ll often find him riding shotgun with Matt, happily greeting customers and making himself part of the team.
Matt Leschuk
Founder & Director of Operations
Matt leads the day-to-day operations of LT. He oversees scheduling, logistics, customer relationships, and ensuring every delivery is completed safely, professionally, and on time.
Elsa Leschuk
Founder & Director of Business Operations
Elsa oversees the business behind LT. She is leading strategies, marketing, customer experience, business development, and long-term growth.
Bowen Leschuk
Chief Morale Officer
Bo keeps the team smiling and never turns down the opportunity to ride shotgun. Whether he’s greeting customers or supervising from the passenger seat, he’s always happy to be part of the journey.
